Attendees will receive unforgettable energies from a wide range of vibrational sounds, which seem unlikely to be produced by a man, from bird's warbles to yak's roar. For centuries Tuvan shamans have used this technique for immersing into the altered states of consciousness, changing those who are present, with energy and healing. At META Center.

Luzclara is a Chilean Medicine Woman, Grandmother, ritual dancer, ceremonial leader and sound healer, initiated by a "Machi", a Mapuche shaman of Southern Chile, as well as from "Quero" indigenous healers of Peru and the "Quichua" "ayahuasca" shamans of Ecuador.

A workshop to strengthen and deepen our connection to Mother Earth and the Healing power within each of us. We will create a ritual group-healing circle based on the "Machitun", the healing ways of the "Mapuche" shamans of Chile. This circle connects us with our Sacred Self, the Earth, and Great Spirit, inspiring a collective and personal healing in a trance state using drums, dancing, chanting and sacred sounds. All participants will play an active role in the ceremony through learning the earth dances, the drumming rhythms used to induce and maintain the trance state, and the songs which honor the Mother and the Spirit within.    ALL ARE WELCOME!

There will be a combination of information and experiential situations that will revive the various cycles of life for women, such as menstruation, maternity and menopause.
